What is Shop My Stay?
A kit for vacation rental hosts that helps guests answer their own questions. QR stickers on the things guests ask about open a simple how-to page, a 5-star review guide magnet explains how ratings work, and labels make remotes and switches obvious. On the Kit + AI Agent plan, guests can also text questions any time.
Which booking platforms does it work with?
All of them: Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and direct bookings. There's nothing to connect or install on your listing.
Do my guests need to download an app?
No. Guests point their phone camera at a sticker and the page opens. No app, no account, no sign-in.
Who sets it up?
You do, on your own schedule. Most hosts finish in an afternoon: add your property details online, then place the stickers when the kit arrives. There's no visit to schedule.
Plans & billing
How much does it cost?
Kit is $49/month per property. Kit + AI Agent is $79/month per property. Shipping is free and there are no setup fees.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your dashboard whenever you like. Your guest pages stay live while your plan is active.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can move between Kit and Kit + AI Agent from your dashboard.
I have more than one property. How does that work?
Each property has its own plan and its own kit, and you manage all of them from one dashboard.
What if a sticker gets lost or damaged?
Reorder stickers anytime: $12 for 10.
The AI agent
How does the AI agent work?
Guests scan your property's agent code and text their question. The agent answers from the details you add: check-in and checkout, Wi-Fi, house rules, the items in your home, and your restaurant picks. It's available 24/7.
What happens when it can't answer?
It texts you, so you're only pulled in when you're actually needed.
What languages does it speak?
It currently answers in English.
What guests see
What happens when a guest scans a sticker?
They see a simple page for that item with your note, and the manufacturer's video where one is available. If they still need help, the page points them to the right next step.
Do I control what guests see?
Yes. You write the notes, and you review each video before guests ever see it. You can turn any video off at any time.
Are my Wi-Fi password and door code shown publicly?
No. Details you mark private are only shared with guests during their stay.
Airbnb & affiliate links
Is this allowed on Airbnb?
Shop My Stay is designed to keep guest communication on your booking platform. There are no outside booking links, guests are asked to message you through their booking app, and guests never have to create an account or hand over personal details.
Can I earn from the items guests ask about?
Optionally, yes. If you have your own affiliate links, you can add one to any item, and it appears on that item's page. Commissions are 100% yours; we never take a cut. How affiliate links work
Shipping
Where does the kit ship?
Anywhere you choose: your home, so you can look it over first, or straight to the property.
How will I know when it ships?
We email you a tracking link as soon as it's on its way.
